IVET Affiliation

Light Up Edu-Leadership is proud to be an IVET affiliate.

The IVET foundation and its partner organisation, Values Based Education, aim to promote humanity's flourishing by encouraging values-based living. 

As the founder, Dr Neil Hawkes, states:

'We can all unite by respecting the beliefs of others and come together as a world family, using universal positive human values, which have the power to create a new dynamic narrative for humanity.'

This is something that Light Up Edu-Leadership is fully aligned with and supportive of. Light Up Edu-Leadership has its own set of guiding values, which it uses as a compass to help with business decisions and it will further contribute by being a thinking partner to those working in education, helping them clarify and reflect on their values and to identify the positive intentions that they would like to create from those values.

My studies in Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology have as their aims the flourishing of humanity and I wholeheartedly support the charter of the IVET affiliation in promoting flourishing for all.
